Solar Warehouse SA is a business in the Solar industry and is a retailer of all Solar related products
DELIVERY POLICY:
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, order requests will be processed within 1 day (24 hours) and delivery confirmed by way of email notification of your personal Waybill. We utilise the services of The Courier Guy for orders throughout South Africa

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
The provision of goods by Solar Warehouse SA is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Solar Warehouse SA will refund the client in full within 7 days
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify Solar Warehouse SA within 3 working days of delivery confirming via email if the Goods are damaged. If you receive the wrong goods, please do not open them. Inform us immediately
If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. If the Buyer would like to return any goods for any reason at all, the Buyer may do so within 7 days of receiving the purchased goods. Goods returned must be in a new and unused condition
The Seller will refund the cost of the goods, however shipping charges are non-refundable, unless it's a mistake made bySolar Warehouse SA.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to Solar Warehouse SA for a replacement after receiving prior confirmation by Solar Warehouse SA via e-mail
If an item is found defective and it is still within the manufacturer warranty period the item will be repaired or replaced, unless the warranty has been voided by misuse or abuse
Please note as per the Consumer Protection Act, Solar Warehouse SA is allowed 2 weeks to check a faulty device and return. Please be patient with us while we check the product
Prior consent from Solar Warehouse SA must be approved via e-mail before any Goods are shipped back to Solar Warehouse SA. All returns are the responsibility of the Buyer until the returned Goods reach Solar Warehouse SA.
Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number of the original purchase on the package
Refunds and warranties will not be applied to Goods that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence or not correctly following the instructions supplied with the product
With all purchases we provide 7 day policy where if the product is at fault we will exchange. Refunds are only issued after we have had a chance to resolve the problem with you. If you require a refund then at your cost all goods must be returned to us by courier and you must take reasonable care to ensure that they are returned in good condition
NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS – “COOL-OFF-PERIOD”
If Products which are NOT defective or which you found to be unsuitable, can be returned to Solar Warehouse SA at your own cost, within 7 days from date of purchase, provided that the products have not been opened and the packaging is in its original condition and you are able to produce the original invoice/credit card/debit card slip as proof of purchase. A handling fee of 10% (of the retail price) in respect of return and handling charge to non-defective returns that have not been opened and remain in the original packaging will be levied. Solar Warehouse SA can hold you liable for any damage caused to the Products whilst it is in your possession. Unfortunately, should the product be opened or used in any way, a 40% fee (of the retail price) will be charged accordingly
If in the case you wish to return your purchase and it is over our 7 day return period and is less than 3 months from the time you purchased it, we will gladly collect and provide you with a refund, minus an admin fee of 10% of your total order value and shipping costs, provided the product is in its original condition and original packaging, and has not been opened or used in any way. Unfortunately, should the product be opened or used in any way, you may not return the product to us nor can we offer you a refund
No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted 3 months after the date of purchase
WARRANTY AND EXTENDED WARRANTY:
Our products are covered by if manufacturing defects arise with your purchase. Warranties are voided and will not be applied to goods that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence or not correctly following the instructions supplied with the product. Failure to properly maintain your device will also render the warranty null and void
Items not covered under our warranty include paint and finishing, glass parts and/or replaceable parts
CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY:
Solar Warehouse SA shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED:
Payment may be made via Instant EFT, BitCoin, Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by EFT into the Solar Warehouse SA bank account, the details of which will be provided on request
CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY:
Card transactions will be acquired for Solar Warehouse SA via PayFast (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayFast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website
Instant EFT and BitCoin transactions will be acquired for Solar Warehouse SA via PayFast (Pty) Ltd. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy
CUSTOMER DETAILS SEPARATE FROM CARD DETAILS:
Customer details will be stored by Solar Warehouse SA separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayFast’s secure site
MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY:
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is the Republic of South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR)
RESPONSIBILITY:
Solar Warehouse SA takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods
COUNTRY OF DOMICILE:

In the event that a Solar Warehouse SA product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for said product. Solar Warehouse SA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your account for the amount charged

INDEMNIFICATION:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Solar Warehouse SA, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your internet account
VOUCHERS:
If a gift voucher is stolen or lost and the funds are spent, Solar Warehouse SA cannot be in any way held liable for this loss. If a gift card is lost and the funds have NOT been spent, we can transfer the funds to a new card and you will be charged for delivery of that card, including a 10% handling fee of the total value of the funds available on the original card
